Thakns Nick.

Basically the suggestion was, they stand out more, like if you have the white and green forum display, they could be displayed in neon green.

Oh I read it, just wanted to clear it up. I wasn't going to make a comment only to have it followed by "geez, did you even read the original post?" wink

So what powers do you have as a mod type person?

Could you code that in yourself? or are you mainly a forum type-mod, a la Axe-Grinder?

Re: The Court Rivals Community's Acknowledged Suggestions Thread

Right, I don't have many powers. This is more because I have no coding experience rather than Kaz not willing to give me any. My studies have been in statistics and epidemiology - not exactly the type of areas that are going to help with an online game. But I saw that there was a demand for some more mods and offered Kaz my services. I do get very busy sometimes and I just came off a long vacation, but I try to chip in when I'm around.

What I try to do here is help answer people's questions, and help facilitate conversations. Unfortunately this means many times all I can really add is "this sounds like a great idea!" because I don't know how to add it in or know if it's even something Kaz would be interested in. But what I can do is help get the idea going, clear it up a little bit, so that when Kaz gets to it, the idea is pretty clear-cut.

Ahh....k.

So you can stick threads, close threads -- answer questions etc...

and lets say you PM'd Kaz about something, he would reply and take notice of the thread or idea you pointed him in the direction of, no? smile

Yes, exactly. I do apologize for not being able to do more. I can certainly alert Kaz of things that are going on. In fact, I'll do you guys a favor and e-mail him right now to tell him about this thread. But I can't promise that he'll reply or add in any of the suggestions. And I'll try and find a way to sticky it if you promise to keep it updated every now and then.

Re: The Court Rivals Community's Acknowledged Suggestions Thread

These are the ones that I think really need to get done:

* Poll System for forums
* Better servers - Forums are getting slower, and site crashes once or twice per day now - (Suggested in the Suggestions forum & in the General forum)
* A better system for cancelling challenges. One that relates to the new divisional alignment system, rather than the old one - (Suggested Here)
* More in depth team stats - (Suggested Here)
* Have how many tp a player trained in that day viewable to the captain on the detailed stats page - (Suggested Here)
* Expand the CRIT Tournament to 16 or 32 teams - (Suggested Here)

And as for this one
* Ability to see teammates/mods online - (Suggested in Post #5)

Can't we already do that? Look on the bottom of everyone's post, it says online and offline.

Also, one suggestion I really like that's not up there is a mobile version of CR.
Here: http://www.courtrivals.com/forums/viewt … p?id=48872
And Here: http://www.courtrivals.com/forums/viewt … p?id=64899

Great work here, this is a great thread to have smile

Wouldn't it be easier to just scroll down and instantly see in bold (emphasized) which of your teammates were online?

Rather than go through the entire team forum trying to find 9 teammates and look down to see whether they are online or not?

Read post #5...

Yeah that's a good point lol I was thinking he meant like a who's viewing what thread/10 last posts type of thing.

Also anything on the mobile CR? I know for me, I train on my phone at least half, probably more than half of the time, and it would really help.

Re: The Court Rivals Community's Acknowledged Suggestions Thread

Yeah that is true. Though, one link has GameOver talking to himself and another has a guy saying get rid of the dropdown box...

I like the idea of having the option to go HTML somehow. I'll just stick it up saying have accelerated and intense trianing accessible on mobile phones.

Well read the 1st post, it starts out with a drop down box, but it goes into a mobile site. It starts with the mobile stuff at like post #5 and #6. Post #6 is what I'm talking about the most.
