Compensation for the 7/18/11 Outage
All-
Any user with premium access on Monday, July 18th, 2011 should have been credited an additional day worth of premium due to our approximately 7 hour site outage from 1 PM ET to 7:45 ET.
Thanks for your continued patience, and I once again apologize for the outage!

can't we all have another day, like an extra day for this season because of that downtime? i lost quite a lot of training that day

6241 players in Classic League all lost the exact amount of training time yesterday. i dont see how adding a day to the season will make a difference. Having the server go down for 7 hours doesnt hurt you or your team any more than the other 6200+ players. You're playing a game for FREE with a bunch of other people...if you wish to pay for it, you can get the perks of paying for premium and enjoy the game on another level. Those who paid for it, lost that service yesterday and are being compensated for it. Makes sense to me.
