Court Rivals Staff - Roles and Responsibilities
There's been a lot of confusion regarding what certain Court Rivals "staff" can and cannot do so I thought I'd clear that up!
Forum Moderators
Who Are They? : Axe-grinder, Doctor Nick, Pop Vox
What Can/Do They Do? : Moderate and read all forums (sticky important posts, close topics, delete posts, etc.). Ban users from the forums. Respond / act on any posts that are reported via the "Report" link. Read and post on the mod forum. Modify forum user titles. Escalate issues. Distribute player & team awards.
Community Manager
Who Are They? : TheKaz
What Can/Do They Do? : Everything a forum moderator can do. Transfer players between user accounts. Maintain user accounts and all underlying assets therein. Troubleshoot, and identify account issues (e.g. password issues). Process mail-in payments. Upload/modify files on the web server. Ban user accounts (in-game).
Creator / Lead Developer
Who Are They ? : TheKaz
What Can/Do They Do? : Everything a community manager can do. Create/develop enhancements to the underlying sim engine or site. Handle relationships with third parties (advertisers, payment processing, etc.). Definitively answer any questions relating to the sim and its functionality.
These roles and responsibilities are fluid and may/will change as needed.
